Can batsman take runs off a no ball after a catch is taken by a fielder?

Yes. Batsman can take runs when they one of them is caught off the no ball. The fielder who took the catch has to break the wickets to create runout.

In short, a batsman can't be out off a no ball in many manner. Run out is not one of them. So off a no ball - you can run, but get into the crease before the catches breaks the stumps.
