In test matches? no.

Don bradman never played oneday cricket!

If we consider only those batsman who made more than 2000 runs in test match cricket - Don Bradman had a batting average of 99.94. Then, current aussie middle order batsman Michael Hussey has average of 78.14 from 22 tests matches. Greame Pollock, one of best batsman South Africa has ever produced - averaged 60.97.

.. but, as I said, no one averages better than Don Bradman in test matches.
