Tickets for Delhi Test Match

posted by - Unknown

Hi Binit

I've just found out the dates for the Australian tour of India in October and November and my visit to Delhi coincides with the test match there - and I'm desperate to go! Living in England, what would be the best way to get hold of tickets? Will I be able to buy them online or will I have to wait until I get there and risk them selling out?

Thank you for your help

That's right. 3rd test match in Australia's tour of India 2008 will be played at Feroz Shah Kotla ground in Delhi from 28th October.

How to book your ticket for this special test match? my experience with BCCI hosted test matches says that tickets will be sold at various bank counters in & around Delhi from 20th of October. For someone living in England - online option would be perfect but Indian cricket board still doesn't have an official website. In the mean time, if they do make a site or even offer the rights to sell those tickets - itsonlycricket.com would publish the information.

I'm pretty sure a number of events tickets web sites will be selling tickets when we come close to that Australia tour.

One more method I suggest is going through Australian board. Cricket.com.au is official site of cricket australia & they always arrange tour & tickets packages for fellow countrymen. May be they can provide you match ticket.
