hi, My Bowler today bowled a ball and accidently knocked the no-striking stumps in his delivery. But he managed to clean bowl the batsmen. The batsmen claimed it was a dead ball. Is it a dead ball. Is he out.

It's not a dead ball situation and the striking batsman is out if he was bowled.

It happens many times in International cricket when bowlers, trying to bowl from close to the stumps, dislodge the bails. There's no problem in that and that ball was completely legal.
